Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Area:
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Options & Timing:
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked Services, which include:
Tracked 24: Next business day delivery – from £4.45
Tracked 48: Delivery in 2–3 business days – from £3.55
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and selected delivery method:
Small Parcels (up to 2kg – max size: 45 x 35 x 16 cm)
Tracked 48: £3.55
Tracked 24: £4.45
Medium Parcels (3–10kg – max size: 61 x 46 x 46 cm)
Tracked 48: £7.05 • Tracked 24: £8.15
Free Shipping Threshold:
Free shipping on orders of £50 or more
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. All deliveries are fully trackable through Royal Mail.
