Delivery Policy

Order Processing:  

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  

Delivery Area:  

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.  

Delivery Options & Timing:  

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked Services, which include:  

  • Tracked 24: Next business day delivery – from £4.25  

  • Tracked 48: Delivery in 2–3 business days – from £3.39  

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.  

Shipping Costs:  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your total order weight and selected delivery method:  

Small Parcels (up to 2kg – max size: 45 x 35 x 16 cm)  

  • Tracked 48: £3.39  

  • Tracked 24: £4.25 

  • Medium Parcels (3–10kg – max size: 61 x 46 x 46 cm)  

  • Tracked 48: £6.65 • Tracked 24: £7.69  

Free Shipping Threshold:  

You can qualify for free shipping if your order meets the following minimums:  

  • Orders up to 2kg: Free shipping on orders of £50 or more  

  • Orders between 3–10kg: Free shipping on orders of £70 or more  

Orders below these values will be charged at the full Royal Mail rate selected at checkout.  

Order Tracking:  

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. All deliveries are fully trackable through Royal Mail.
